Each address gets an Opportunity Score out of 100 and a Buying Trigger Timeline that ranks every service the home is primed for, with a plain-English reason behind each one. It then drafts a first-message opener in your own voice that ties to that home's strongest trigger, written to stay inside UK marketing and consumer law, and flags referral opportunities to pass to your network so one visit can become several warm leads.

It's built for solo sellers, canvassers and side-hustlers — including builders, plumbers, electricians and roofers working evenings and weekends, who don't have a marketing team or a CRM budget, and whose scarce time is far better spent on conversations than on prospecting. Preez IQ Home pulls live EPC open data alongside modelled residential signals, boiler and roof age, tenure, planning activity, broadband rollout, EV and grant eligibility, and combines them into a single ranked list or map of the homes on your patch most likely to say yes. No private personal data is held; everything starts from public registers and explainable, reviewable signals.
